Install default flatpaks from iso

A selection of Flatpak packages are currently installed by default from the internet during the first boot of the system. I suggest that the Flatpak packages be installed offline either during the installation or during the first boot.

I'm not sure if this is possible.

It is possible, but it would be non-standard.

1. Use flatpak create-usb to create local flathub repo with a limited selection of packages
2. Build the iso as normal
3. Use xorriso or mkksiso to add the flatpak repo to the iso image
4. Modify the kickstart configuration to install flatpaks from flatpak repo
