[Feedback]: Improve queuing messages

What problem are you trying to solve?

Queuing is currently not showing a proper icon (still stop icon when I enter text in the compose box while running a task).

Also, when queuing, sending it now (the button) does not work for me.

And, I can't select the default action of sending a message while a task runs (queuing vs. directly sending).

What would improve it?

Improve UI, fix the send now button, so that it works, and add a setting to select the default sending behavior for a running task (like in Codex, for example).

Three items here, taking them separately:

1. Stop icon while typing during a run: agreed, the button should show a queue glyph once the draft is non-empty. Tracking.
2. Send now not working: it moves the queued message to the front so it goes out when the current turn ends, it does not interrupt the turn. If it did nothing at all on 0.1.19, please retest on 0.1.28 and tell me whether the row disappeared from the queue.
3. Default behaviour setting (queue vs interrupt and send): agreed, adding a Composer setting for this.
