Badger v5.0.0 translations

Thanks to @teamcons, Badger is now GTK4 🎉 and there are a few more quality-of-life changes besides the framework update.

@elfenware/translators We also have a small number of new strings in the repo. If you would like to contribute translations for your preferred language, please go ahead. I am planning to release the new version by the end of June, but if you need more time, do let me know.
