Adds the create dialog (from a file, from scratch, with the API), a file drop with preview, and Clone and Rename on the test sets list. An unsupported or invalid file now shows its message. Upload errors show plain words. A name of spaces cannot be saved. Rename sends only the name.
A refused file no longer sets the name. The upload reuses the file check from the pick and reads the 400 the server sends for a file it cannot read.

The grid loads later pages as the reader scrolls, so an edit to a row past the first page reaches the commit. Column changes go through the editor; a group delete removes its columns in one saved version.
…hem in the Test set grid The server renames and removes top-level row keys only, so a column inside a nested value has no actions and a group is deleted by its top-level key. Cancel in the testcase drawer now also drops fields added in the drawer.
…ase drawer With the grid's column list the shared editor turned null into an empty string, dropped fields added or removed in JSON or YAML, and hid fields that only rows past the first 20 have. The drawer now passes no column list.

Run header and references selectors, a batched run-level metrics query that polls while the run is not finished, a metric catalog, pure stat helpers for the overview charts, and the scenario page, run metrics and run edit API calls. Reading a run never writes it.
A hidden developer view at /evaluations/results/[evaluation_id]: the run title, Pause and Resume for live runs, the tabs in ?view=, and the Overview tab with the summary table, the radar and one chart per evaluator metric. Opening the page only reads the run.
Metrics query follows the project and the run reactively, so polling stops when the run is gone and starts again after a resume. Radar fallback counts only axes with values and picks units from the metric type. Online categorical metrics draw one line per value, and online cards name their evaluator. Drop the unused run edit call: a PATCH without data clears the run references on the API.
The delete dialog now waits for the replacement before it closes. The replacement is the newest revision left that is not a new variant's empty seed, and it is shown only while the deleted revision is still on screen. The deleted revision also leaves the persisted cache, and the new latest revision is written there, so a reload does not bring it back. When the replacement does not load, the bar says so and offers Try again.
…and in /m The app shell carried the trace drawer's body and its drill-in panel (the JSON tree and editor) on every page. Both now load on the first trace open. The drawer panel still opens at once and shows a skeleton until the body arrives. While the drawer is open, /m loads the workspace members, so the drawer names annotation authors instead of showing raw user ids.
