What to build
Human 上传视频并调整取景后，将它用作没有交互控件的静音动态壁纸；前台循环，后台/最小化暂停留帧，回来继续，播放失败有静态封面和明确原因。
Acceptance criteria
- 复用同一个媒体导入、取景和本地持久化 owner，支持不超过 100 MB 的实际可播放视频；不新增第二份媒体库、不自动压缩/转码，应用前完成验证和预览。
- 视频默认居中铺满，可平移缩放且与图片相同地保存中心/比例；深浅共用，重启、换 Host 和源文件删除后恢复。
- 始终静音、自动循环，无播放控件、点击播放遮罩或鼠标拦截；只有 DeepSeekBot 生效，其 Header/Body 透明与模糊正确呈现，文字和控件保持独立。
- 前台播放；后台或最小化暂停并保留画面，回来继续；退出 Bot mode、卸载或替换时停止旧播放并释放资源，避免多个隐藏视频持续解码或监听重复。
- 生成/保留可用静态封面以处理播放失败；原因显示在外观设置中，不给壁纸增加交互控件。首帧/封面获取失败必须有明确导入拒绝或恢复结果，不能空白成功。
- 验证格式/编码、超限、解码失败、保存失败、播放中断与资源释放；失败不损坏之前已生效的图片或视频，成功替换后清理旧副本。
- 指定 Client CLI 支持同一视频导入/取景/状态/移除路径并读回真实播放/降级状态；不通过模型或第二份 Host 记录伪造可播放证明。
- 真实 Web/macOS 分别验证持续循环、前后台/最小化、重启和实际失败封面；提供可观察的播放状态和资源释放证据，截图不足以证明循环或后台停止。

- Specification: Spec: DeepSeekBot 本地外观、主题、Panel 材质与图片/视频壁纸 #2256. This ticket is a complete persisted user journey, not a layer-only foundation. Minimal prefactoring stays inside this scope; do not redesign business Services, layout or the DSH theme.
- Reuse the existing client/owner transport and CLI conventions. Every action is directly operable without the model, targets the intended Client and shares the UI's authority; do not create a Host preference mirror or an accidental broadcast. Any changed Host bridge/route/Bot tool ships matching CLI, bilingual help/documentation and a live run.
- Keep source tests, CI, isolated live Web, macOS Desktop/restart, screenshots and Human QA as separate evidence. Visible changes need GitHub-rendered before/after evidence at the reviewed head. Native/device checks follow existing shared-resource rules; preserve other sessions' applications and data.
- Recheck current main, relevant claims and delivered seams before starting. One PR closes only #2263 when eventually merged.62 focused tests, lint, root/mobile typecheck, formatting and build passed. Real Web/native VP9 WebM evidence includes actual time wraps/decoded frames, background or main-window minimized pause and resume, original bytes/crop/poster persistence, real media-error poster and settings reason. Original source deleted before native same-application/different-Host restart; playback restored. Web also verifies blocked decoder on restore, oversized/corrupt media, quota failure, targeted CLI, exit source teardown and the full image regression journey.
Screenshots, bounded timing JSON and exact-head HTML review source are public in the PR. CI is running separately. Other codecs, Windows and Human QA are not claimed passed. Draft remains unmerged, no deployment. T7 proceeds under the Human's all-slices authorization.
