P7: pre-submission reviewer iteration 3 under the denolle profile #45

Package P7 of the iteration-3 plan: run the pre-submission reviewer again. Owner: agent. Size: hours. Blocked by the merge of #38 to #44 (P5 and P6 may lag; say so in the run).

• Run the reviewer in reconciliation mode under profiles/denolle.md (the author profile created 2026-09-11) with a diff against commit c10a108 (the iteration-2 baseline); the ledger is reviews/codameter-gji.review.json at iteration 2 (62 prior and introduced entries plus AUTH-01).
• Every prior finding gets exactly one verdict with cited changed text; new findings only on changed spans; the two buckets stay separate.
• Write the updated manifest (iteration 3, history appended), the report, and the readiness delta; do not hand-edit statuses.
• Expected exit criterion for submission: no Poor entry open; C2, C3, C4 at Good; the archive and end-matter gates met.

Working agreement (agents and humans). One PR per issue, branch iter3/<package> off docs/sign-convention-manuscript; name the ledger IDs in the PR title; request Copilot review before approval. Do not edit review/REVISION_PLAN_ITER3.md except to tick boxes and append a dated log line naming this issue. Do not hand-edit statuses in reviews/codameter-gji.review.json; the reviewer reconciles them in P7. Tests and pre-commit hooks must pass. Before requesting review, rebuild the PDF (cd paper && ../.pixi/envs/dev/bin/python build.py --no-survey) and check its text for ??, ,%, << and [Funding.
