Author input: Gate 1 run commit, --use-case, product rights and archive target (blocks P3) #46

Author input needed; blocks #41 (REP-02, FIG-02, SCI-07, COMP-01).

The archived Gate 1 products (paper/data/gate1/dvv2y/, untracked) record only the correlation config hash. Neither the products nor the paper record:

• the noisepy-dvv-cloud commit of the Gate 1 run (candidates dated 2026-08-09: bbd1b02, 341b83b, be1538b) and of the figure scripts;
• the --use-case passed to the dv/v stage (it sets the base coda window: groundwater gives 2 to 8 s at 2 to 4 Hz);
• redistribution rights for the SCEDC-derived daily products and the archive target (Zenodo record or other);
• whether the 1-2, 4-8 and 8-16 Hz products should be archived as well as 2-4 Hz.
