Custom droid MCP tools are not propagated

Environment

• Droid version: 0.196.0
• OS: macOS Darwin 25.5.0
• MCP server: Jenkins
• Custom model tested: gemini-3-flash and inherit

Reproduction

1. Configure a custom droid with:
   tools:
   - jenkins___get_item
   - jenkins___get_all_items
2. Start a new Droid session.
3. Delegate an inventory-only task to the Jenkins droid.
4. Inspect the subagent manifest.

Expected

The subagent receives the configured Jenkins MCP tools.

Actual

The subagent receives only Skill, with zero MCP tools and no deferred MCP tools.

The parent session exposes all jenkins___* tools and can call them successfully. The same issue occurred with server-scoped mcpServers[jenkins] configuration.

Impact

Custom models cannot be used with MCP-backed custom droids. MCP works only from the parent session.
