BST(British Summer Time) not used in tasks tab #190

Expected behaviour:

The time in the tasks tab should be BST. The $TZ was set to Europe/London when the docker was deployed, and the time in the log is correct to be in BST.

Actual behaviour:

Time is still in GMT
