Use the published v0.52.3 SurrealDB server for generated-site CI. Update the version and SHA-256 together, using the checksum from the identity-verified signed release manifest.
Release verification passed for all six archives, the signed checksum manifest, all three Linux x86-64 executable version/help checks, and the Windows executable signature. The published PostgreSQL archive is byte-identical to the candidate that passed real-login, tenant switching, admin/member query, root query, CSV export, forbidden-tenant, metadata, health, and console smoke checks.

Validation passed: metadata, all 113 CI policy tests, Rust formatting, and generated React build/lint/Chromium smoke against the pinned released server. Required CI passed in run 38172086995.
