[FR][MAINT] Add new statistical data required for all features requested for 1.6.0

MOTIVATION:

1. New statistical data break backward API compatibility. Therefore new statistical fields, or any modifications in these tables (including removes and renames) may only be introduced in a version that doesn't declare backward ABI compatibility.
2. Therefore all statistical data updates must be collected at once and introduced only once in the head version of the new release line. No later changes in this structure are allowed.
3. Even if a new statistical collection API can be introduced, which may be allowed to be altered within one release line, this is not planned for now.
