Writing complex BDD (Behavior-driven development) testing cases in Excel with table and formula, and then convert to Gherkin feature file, which can be used by Cucumber, Reqnroll, Specflow, etc.

Features

Feature

• One Feature per one Excel File. The Feature name is based on Excel file name.
  
  Note: SpecFlowPlus use the Excel Title instead of FileName as the Feature name. No plan to support at this moment

Background

Sheet

• Sheet name starts with _ will be ignored
• Hidden sheet will be ignored (to be done)

Data Tables

• The cells need to be indented by one column, ie. the first cell has to be left empty.
  
• The Data Table must have a column header row.
  
• Any data after one empty cell of the column header row will be totally ignored.
  
• One empty row will conclude the data grid
  

Comments #

Note: SpecFlowPlus supports inline comments after one space and starts w/ #. No plan to support at this moment

Tags @

Tags would be treated the same as comments when doing file comparison

Localisation

Known Issues

KI-2 Read only first 100 columns

Otherwise MiniExcel could hang even those are blank columns. Need set it as configuration later.
