It is simple Creative plugin, that allows players create their own worlds. Plugin includes:

• Custom chat
• World system
• Coding world and coding system

What means "Legacy"?

"Legacy" means the plugin is not in active supporting and development, and it is NOT ACTUAL VERSION OF PLUGIN Updates will released rarely and fix some critical bugs/compilation errors, but WILL NOT add a lot of content.

Can I use this plugin on my server(use this plugin source to create my own plugin)

Yes, you can freely use plugin sources, because it protected by MIT license.

You can just create issue and describe your problems.
