The shell and shell-debug targets hardcoded -DEXTENSION_STATIC_LINK_LIST="duckdb;json", silently ignoring a command-line override such as make shell EXTENSION_STATIC_LINK_LIST='httpfs' Use $(or $(EXTENSION_STATIC_LINK_LIST),duckdb;json) so an explicit override wins and the previous default is kept otherwise.
