Create the SEKO3 SKOS-datamodel document (documentation)

Description

The model needs a descriptive document which explains whcich classes and properties are included in the dataset and how they are being used in ths particular case.

The YSO datamodel structure seemed a feasible template for a document.

Objective

• A document that describes the use for each element in the model
• A datamodel file seko-metadata.ttl in text/turtle format which contains
  • ontology and schema metadate,
  • definitions of internal classes and properties
