I appreciate this isn't directly tied to the number of rounds per year, but:
Requested details include ... dates (should take place within 1 year from the application deadline), ...
This has lead to several applications for events very soon after the application deadline - often with our target four week processing timeline. Can/should we say something like this:
Requested details include ... dates (should take place between one month and one year from the application deadline), ...

good idea to specify the time period that events can fall in, but i think one month from the application deadline is too soon - we don't usually even get notifications out by then. maybe say two months.
