移除 QuarkOpen 将 content_hash 作为文件 SHA1 暴露的逻辑，以及不再使用的哈希工具导入。
排查夸克复制到 115 后任务显示成功、目标文件不存在的问题时，发现夸克返回的 content_hash 与实际下载内容计算出的 SHA1 不一致。此前 115 上传会直接使用该值，跳过整文件 SHA1 计算。
移除该映射后，需要 SHA1 的流程会回退到根据实际文件内容计算，避免使用未经验证的哈希。
