Set default values for tradeRegions and customPokemonNewsOptIn in createUser method. this should fix the issue when adding a user during the initial setup

Finding this issue during the https://github.com/zenaror/MAGB-TestSuit develop. if a line end with ., like "Hello from the Mobile Adapter GB TestSuite ROM." this will result into a "500 error code command not recognized" on libmobile.
