Build Windows 11 OOBE and unattended setup files without hand-editing XML or piecing together deployment scripts. bypassnroGen gives you a local desktop interface for account setup, regional settings, privacy choices, app removal, and deployment helpers.

A clear path from settings to deployment

Configure the hosting source	Review the generated output

1. Choose a built-in preset or load a saved profile.
2. Set the Windows edition, account, region, OOBE behavior, and the changes you want applied.
3. Open Preview and inspect the generated scripts.
4. Export only the deployment files and helper tools you need.

Everything runs locally. A network connection is only needed when a generated script downloads files from a hosting URL you configured.

startnet.cmd	Optional WinPE launch script.
registry-reference.html	Human-readable record of the registry changes used by the selected configuration.
validation-report.txt	Local XML and configuration checks for the exported setup.
Checksum bundle	ZIP archive plus SHA256SUMS.txt for transfer and integrity checks.

Built for deliberate changes

bypassnroGen validates account names, escapes values written to XML, and checks that the generated answer file is well formed. The Preview tab keeps the effective CMD and XML visible before export. Optional reports and checksums make it easier to review what will be deployed and confirm that files arrived intact.

Windows System Image Manager validation still requires the matching Windows image catalog and Windows ADK. Test the final output in a disposable virtual machine before using it on production hardware.

Install the Windows app

Download bypassnroGen-1.2.1-win-x64.exe from the latest release. The app is portable and does not need an installer.

The current executable is not code signed. Windows may show a reputation warning on first launch. The release includes SHA256SUMS.txt so you can verify the downloaded file.

Run from source

Requirements:

• Windows 11
• Python 3.8 or newer
• tkinter, which is included with standard Windows Python installations

Use the files during OOBE

Host bypass.cmd and unattend.xml at the URLs configured in the Hosting tab. During Windows OOBE, open Command Prompt with Shift + F10, then download and run your script:

Review the script first. Some options change security controls, remove provisioned apps, or bypass Windows 11 hardware checks.

Test and build locally

The PyInstaller specification embeds the selected app icon, Windows file metadata, and the multiprocessing runtime hook used by the portable build.
