DDC StatefulSets and Services have non-controller owner references, so their events were ignored by the default Owns handlers. Native CN HPAs were not watched at all. Match all owner references for these resources so updates and deletions enqueue the existing cluster without migrating resource metadata.

Validation:

  • Reproduced the missing DDC enqueue with the new envtest regression before the fix.
  • Kubernetes 1.31 envtest passes for existing DCR owners, DDC StatefulSet updates, DDC Service deletion, HPA updates/deletion, and unrelated HPA filtering.
  • Added HPA scheme registration to the existing DCR watch test.

QA validation passed using selectdb/doris-operator:26.1.0-rc01 (amd64 digest sha256:5e2e07f431d959202751aee76a450bc26c9d4521e9d63b401f04492dc89b0cef). CN HPA deletion recovered in 0.171s; DDC FE/MS Services recovered in 0.177s/0.196s. CR generations and the ready Pod UIDs/restart counts were preserved. QA used an internal mirror with the identical amd64 manifest digest because nodes could not reach Docker Hub. This PR is limited to event registration; it does not change replica ownership or restart policies.
