Align English and Chinese current/4.x/3.x Kubernetes FDB guides around Operator v2.35.0, VeloDB-hosted installation assets on branch-2.35.0 and explicit resource budgets.

• Download CRDs from velodb/fdb-kubernetes-operator on branch branch-2.35.0. Download the controller, Monitor RBAC, optional 7.1 client patch and single/double profiles from the same repository on branch branch-2.35.0, directory config/samples/velodb/.
• Use VeloDB Operator and Monitor images in both English and Chinese guides. The downloaded YAML already uses these images, so no image-rewrite commands are needed.
• Document controller/database resources, total CPU/memory/PVC costs, namespace permissions, MetaService client compatibility and availability/full-replication/reconciliation checks.
• Link the quickstart to the full guide, clarify shared-FDB retention, and repair related configuration anchors across active versions/locales.

Validation: compiled all six updated installation guides and checked shell syntax, image/source consistency and git diff --check. Checked the new sample paths and README links against the companion asset PR; the branch-2.35.0 URLs become available after that PR is merged. VeloDB profiles passed the v2.35.0 CRD schema checks. Chinese development preview was checked in-browser. No full production build or live-cluster/workload testing was performed.

Companion assets: velodb/fdb-kubernetes-operator#1. The earlier Doris Operator proposal apache/doris-operator#534 is superseded; these instructions no longer depend on it.

The asset directory has no version suffix. Compatibility and customization notes are consolidated in its README; no separate UPSTREAM.md or commit-specific download links are used. Merge the companion VeloDB asset PR before publishing these guides.
