Summary

Move the experimental status from the continuous load sidebar labels into the documentation and clarify the supported versions:

• Continuous load is experimental and supported from Doris 4.1.5.
• S3 notification and one-time ingestion are experimental and supported from Doris 4.1.6.
• Update the dev and 4.x Chinese and English pages, remove conflicting earlier version references, and update sidebar translation keys.

The 3.x documentation has no continuous load pages.

• Checked the notices in all 80 affected pages and parsed the sidebar translation JSON.
• node scripts/docs-governance/lint-links.js --changed (no errors; external links reported without fetching).
• node scripts/docs-governance/lint-i18n-sync.js --changed (no findings).
