Purpose
Reduce unnecessary video prefetch during indexed random frame reads.
Changes
Prefetch the target GOP instead of also fetching its preceding and following GOPs. The range-backed stream continues to fetch additional decoder dependencies on demand, including B-frame dependencies. No format or API changes.
Validation
9 focused tests passed, including real B-frame and fragmented MP4 decoding, imported-video training reads, and sparse range reads.
