Replace patch 0012's size limit for mutable UBWC images with a fix for the underlying problem. TU_Z_MUTABLE=2 keeps UBWC on mutable images such as DXVK's typeless RGBA16 resources, which games render as FLOAT while Turnip's copies used the image's own format (UNORM). A740 can't decode UBWC across those formats, so Truxton Extreme's overlays turned black or white and Luma Island's water turned white at 1080p, which the size limit couldn't cover without also dropping UBWC from full-screen render targets. - Copies now use the format the image is written in: its render target view's, else another view's, else the other image's in an image-to-image copy, else its own. The first copy locks it. - On A740, mutable storage images no longer keep UBWC (blue tiles in Luma Island). - mutable_ubwc_min_pixels and TU_Z_MUTABLE_MIN_PIXELS are removed.
