Add revision-bound context-field stability, result-size and branch-outcome signals, plus aged cross-revision result-size derivatives. Include provider examples, unit and property tests, lifecycle regressions and storage benchmarks.

Add planning signals for request-context stability, permission-check outcomes, and completed result sizes, including historical estimates that age as observations get older. These provide evidence for subsequent optimizations while keeping incomplete work distinct from completed results.
Each signal includes a short summary, examples, and tests for its estimates, revision scope, and behavior across schema changes. Validation includes race detection, generated properties, storage-budget regressions, and lint checks.
