lcidToStr() feeds these strings into resource-table language info, which retdec-fileinfo prints in both plain and JSON output: - LCID 13321: "English - Phillippines" -> "English - Philippines" - LCID 1044: "Norwegian - Bokml" -> "Norwegian - Bokmal" - LCID 1074: "Setsuana" -> "Setswana" The names now match the Microsoft locale names for en-PH, nb-NO, and tn-ZA (ASCII spelling, as the file is ASCII-only). String data only, no code change; nothing else in the repository references the old spellings.
