issuer.mashbean.net (mashbean/twdiw-vc-issuer-lite) is now live, the issuing counterpart to the verifier already listed. List it next to the verifier and note that Bonds Debug builds pin its did:key as a sandbox exception while Release builds do not. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
