[Artifact Regression] Sync thread and network thread hitch spam on newer artifacts #4140

Description

@Whisperisgod

What happened?

After updating our FiveM server from artifact b25770/Win to newer artifacts, we started experiencing frequent and continuous sync thread and network thread hitch/warning messages.

The server does not exhibit this behavior when running artifact b25770/Win. The issue appears after switching to newer artifact versions.

The warnings occur repeatedly and can spam the server console, even though the server configuration and resources remain unchanged.

Expected result

The server should maintain normal sync and network thread performance after updating to a newer artifact, without continuous sync thread and network thread hitch warnings. At minimum, the behavior should be consistent between artifact versions when using the same server configuration and resources.

Reproduction steps

Run the server using artifact b25770/Win.
Use the same server configuration, resources, database, and player load.
Observe the server performance and console output.
Update the server to a newer/current artifact.
Start the server using exactly the same configuration and resources.
Observe the server console and thread performance.
sync thread and network thread hitch/warning messages begin occurring repeatedly and are heavily spammed.

The issue appears to be artifact-version dependent, as reverting back to b25770/Win removes the behavior.

Importancy

Unknown

Area(s)

FiveM

Specific version(s)

b25770/Win

Additional information

The server configuration and resources are kept unchanged when switching between artifact versions.

The main difference is the FiveM artifact version itself.

The behavior strongly suggests a regression introduced in newer artifacts, as the same server environment operates normally on b25770/Win.

I can provide console logs, profiler information, server configuration, and additional testing results if needed.
