reloadStream()stopped and restarted the recorder with the same file URL.Recorder.setUrltruncates the file, so changing e.g. codec or B-frames while recording (allowed when not live) wiped the recording so far. The recording is now suspended before the reload and resumed into a new file afterwards, the same way the foreground path does it.Not built locally, relying on CI for the build.
