docs: De-duplicate product and non-platform page titles - #19387

Product, API, CLI, and integration pages get no "| Sentry for {Platform}"
suffix, so identical frontmatter titles render as duplicate <title>
tags. Give them distinct, descriptive titles, using sidebar_title to
keep menu labels short (per #19301):
- "Set Up" getting-started cluster -> "Set Up {Product}" (Agents, Logs,
MCP Servers, Application Metrics, Cron Monitoring, Profiling, Releases,
User Feedback)
- Webhook resource pages -> "Error/Issue/Seer Webhooks"
- Distinct pairs: API Authentication, Feature Flag Integrations, Sentry
CLI Logs, Docs Site Search, Web Vitals Dashboard
- Sibling pairs qualified by surface: Size Analysis/Snapshots "Into CI",
Mobile/Web "Replay Performance Overhead", Frontend/Mobile "Session
Health"
Resolves 12 of 14 collisions (22 pages). The remaining Agents Dashboards
and MCP Dashboards pairs are near-duplicate content across two IA
locations and need a canonical/redirect decision (tracked in #19351).

## DESCRIBE YOUR PR
De-duplicates page titles that render as duplicate `<title>` tags on
**product, API, CLI, and integration pages**. Unlike platform docs,
these pages get no `| Sentry for {Platform}` suffix, so identical
frontmatter titles collide directly. Follow-up to #19301 / #19358,
scoped to the product bucket in #19351.
Each page gets a distinct, descriptive `title` (fixes `<title>` + H1)
plus a `sidebar_title` to keep the menu label short — the same pattern
as #19301.
- **"Set Up" getting-started cluster** → `Set Up {Product}` (Agents,
Logs, MCP Servers, Application Metrics, Cron Monitoring, Profiling,
Releases, User Feedback) — 8 pages that all rendered a bare "Set Up"
- **Webhook resource pages** → `Error Webhooks`, `Issue Webhooks`, `Seer
Webhooks`
- **Distinct pairs** → `API Authentication`, `Feature Flag
Integrations`, `Sentry CLI Logs`, `Docs Site Search`, `Web Vitals
Dashboard`
- **Sibling pairs qualified by surface** → Size Analysis / Snapshots

## Deferred (needs a decision)
The **Agents Dashboards** and **MCP Dashboards** pairs are
near-duplicate *content* maintained in two IA locations (e.g.
`product/agents/dashboards` and `dashboards/sentry-dashboards/ai/agents`
share almost identical body text). Retitling them apart would mask a
duplicate-content issue; they need a canonical/redirect decision from
the Dashboards/AI team. Tracked in #19351.
