…r, counts, falsifiers, score(of="counts"); V2.11's text; V2.13's digest; V2.8's Score learned.py reads the six v0.2 declarations into CHARTER v0.2's dict: the joint World judged by v0 and v0.1's rules as any pack's, then the dict by plated.declare. text.py judges the text before it is parsed (no CR, no cookie but UTF-8, no surrogate, ASCII identifiers found by a lexer, since the tree has already folded them). digest.py is V2.13's escape table row for row. The Score and PLATE take the falsifying records (V2.7, V2.8). wald.law is the owner's three tags. Tools read packs as bytes; serve.py refuses to run a plated World by name instead of crashing. tests/test_learned.py: appendix A and its shipped twin through load_pack and plate, the five digest vectors, V2.11, V2.6, V2.7, V2.8 and each QUESTIONS.md reading. Brief 008 - the kernel reads SURFACE v0.2. The v0.2 reader (learned.py, text.py): globals, local_prior, after with reads, counts, falsifiers, score of counts, refusing by V2.0-V2.14's names and reasons; UTF-8 bytes as written, no CR, no surrogates, ASCII identifiers; decimal multiplicities; the reserved end: prefix. The digest by V2.13's escape table (digest.py), over counts and falsifiers; the Score scoring falsifying records (V2.8); prefix falsifiers shippable; wald.law names charter-v0.2, surface-v0.2, kit-v0.12. Kit v0.12 green at the builder's seed and author-side at 808081: surface 195/195, library 15/15, counts 36/36. Q10-Q17 are defects in the reference or silences in the page, each with the gate check that would have found it; answered by kit v0.13 and SURFACE v0.3.
