What changed

  • View › Edit in now starts on Code (it was Gloss).
  • Caps Lock switches between them is now off by default.
  • New View option: Clicking switches between editing code and editing gloss, off by default. When it's off, clicking a word on the other row selects that word on the row you're editing.
  • Edit in and both options are saved in settings.json, so they stay as you set them.
  • Line numbers in the full-word style now show as N40 instead of SEQ40 (data/gcode-words.json, address N). Goldens regenerated; the only change in them is SEQ → N.
  • README and docs/features.md updated.

Checks

  • ctest: test_core and test_golden pass.
  • Checked in the browser (headless Chromium): starts "Editing code"; clicking a gloss word and pressing Caps Lock don't switch with the defaults, and do switch when both options are on.
