I used INAV Configurator, and selected COREWINGV2 with 9.1,0 firmware, did full erase + flash. The board did not boot back up (firmware flash was successful, after re-powering it kept beeping, etc). I tried this mulitiple times, same outcome, also with a different USB cable & port. This is a new board, I bought it recently. It has the BMI chip. It says "Model: F405WING-V2-BMI" on the packaging. In the end I had to go to:
https://docs.corewing.com/plane/software/common-software/corewing-software-and-firmware-downloads.html#_1-1-arduplane-corewing-f405-wing-v2-%E4%B8%8B%E8%BD%BD
Where there are these firmwares (sorry, website doesn't allow copy-paste...):
I used the 3rd and it worked, it went to CLI (since it's not the same version) and then I flashed the 1st and all is fine now. When I flashed the 3rd, in the CLI, the status was:

So it's working now. But the INAV flasher firmware that auto-downloads given me selecting the right COREWING firmware and then erase+flash did not work -- the flash was successful but it did not boot correctly, it kept beeping and while the USB stack was alive, MSP layer was dead. I did this multiple times, same outcome. With the firmwares from the manufacturer it worked both times.
I am guessing I won't be the only one with this issue, so I am posting it here :) Feel free to close in case it's not a useful issue!
