Mirrors this repo's existing Behat regression pattern (browser-tests.yml): runs admin-ui's PHP Playwright suite (PHPUnit + in-process Symfony kernel routing) across the same PostgreSQL/Varnish/Redis, MariaDB/Elastic/Valkey, and MySQL/Solr/Redis stacks. dependencies.json pins both ibexa/cohesivo-playwright and ibexa/admin-ui to this PR's own branches — ci-scripts only swaps in ibexa/commerce itself (the repo this workflow runs from), so admin-ui would otherwise come from its normal released version, which doesn't have tests/playwright-tests-php yet.
