Summary

• Upgrade AEP Agent to 0.6.0 and its transitive Core dependency to 0.7.0.
• Align the CLI dependency, core peer/development dependencies, lockfile, and version-specific release-age exceptions.
• Include a patch changeset. No CLI source changes or credential-storage migration are required.

Verification

• pnpm build passed before testing the compiled CLI.
• pnpm verify passed: formatting, source/test typechecks, lint, tests, coverage checks, TypeDoc, and build.
• Core: 1,288 tests passed; CLI: 1,364 tests passed. Each suite retained one existing skipped test.
• git diff --check passed.

Live payments and enrollment mutations were not performed.
