Rev 2 firmware attempts to call digitalread on analog only pins

the switches connected to PF4 through PF7 are analog only pins, was able to fix firmware by calling analog read on those pins.
I am also flashing via dfu bootloader so unsure if arduino fixes this issue during flashing process for some reason.
