Overview
Release 0.29.0 bumps package version metadata and changelog for Windows hypervisor / VFIO vGPU server work, and refreshes generated client types to match the API.

Instance log streaming now accepts swtpm as a source on sync/async instances.logs and in InstanceLogsParams, for software TPM logs alongside existing app/vmm/hypeman sources.

GPU-related models gain device_path on Instance.GPU (sysfs path for the assigned vGPU) and clarify that mdev_uuid applies on mdev hosts only. GPUProfile.available is documented as a best-effort count of virtual functions that can still create the profile, including shared-framebuffer caveats.
