修复 Agent V2 辅助生成的工具选择与刷新恢复：复用现有授权和安装状态过滤系统、团队工具，并在提示词、配置和应用过程中保留工具来源，避免同 ID 工具互相覆盖。页面断开 SSE 后后台继续生成，前端通过 Redis 流恢复输出和配置事件；显式停止仍会终止任务。
生成配置的完整表单归档到会话所属 S3 文件，聊天消息仅新增
chatAgentBuilderVersion引用，保留一天。重新打开已完成的会话时展示“应用配置”卡片，由用户手动应用，避免自动覆盖后续编辑；加载接口校验应用权限、团队、成员、会话和 AI 消息归属。验证：App/Admin 类型检查通过；最新 rebase 后的 153 项局部回归通过；此前 service 集成 19 项、Sandbox 业务集成 25 项通过，另有 32 项环境条件跳过。浏览器验证了生成中刷新恢复、完成后保留手动编辑、从 S3 应用配置及生成 Agent 实际调用系统工具。
已审查并决定本次保留的边界：断连后连续两分钟无输出仍可能触发现有过期状态清理；生成成功后模型仍可能继续提问或重复生成；多配置事件的异步应用尚无顺序保护。
