Description

This PR refactors instance of module's .i files, changing %include to %import for the payloads. messaging stays the only owner of their wrappers, so recorders always return the array members as lists. The PR updates test_simpleNav.py to read packet 0 by index (accPkts[0].measTime). It used to rely on the old pointer behavior.

Verification

Test are run and correct behavior is seen in debugger/type reporting.

messaging applies STRUCTASLIST to the struct-array members of
AccDataMsgPayload, CSSConfigMsgPayload, RWConstellationMsgPayload,
THRArrayConfigMsgPayload and ReconfigBurnArrayInfoMsgPayload. A module
that includes one of these headers registers its own plain wrapper over
the shared SWIG type, so after it loads a recorder returns the array
member as one opaque pointer instead of a list.
The recorder now returns accPkts as a list, so packet 0 has the key accPkts[0].measTime.
