Currently (#507) we resort to plain Task.Delay which might: a) increase tests time unnecessarily b) not always be enough.
Mass Transit does not allow us to watch when outbox was delivered. We can think of writing our custom IBusOutboxNotification which would notify us when outbox cycle was completed.
This is just the idea, details will need to polished.
