TalkBack's focus border is not visible on Flutter screens from createFragment. FlutterFragment is transparent by default, so its FlutterSurfaceView calls setZOrderOnTop(true) and covers the border, which the host window draws (flutter/flutter#37025).

  • createFragment now builds the fragment as TransparencyMode.opaque and keeps surface rendering.
  • Dialog fragments stay transparent but now use RenderMode.texture.
  • Adds a CHANGELOG entry.

FlutterFragment defaults to TransparencyMode.transparent. With surface
rendering that makes FlutterSurfaceView call setZOrderOnTop(true), so
Flutter's surface covers the host window, where TalkBack draws its
focus border (flutter/flutter#37025).

Build createFragment() fragments as opaque, which keeps the faster
surface rendering. Dialog fragments must stay transparent, so render
them with a TextureView instead.
