Insights

  • Boundaries make concepts stronger. Each venture intentionally excludes adjacent themes that would dilute the thesis.
  • Verification separates claim from proof. A system should show what changed, under which authority, and with what result.
  • Transformation is the common primitive. Manufacturing, creative work, and infrastructure can share the same control architecture.
