For instance, nothing from master-866-42d6c0a runs on the Xeon 1270 v6.

I really need sd-master-XXXX-bin-win-cpu_avx2-x64.zip.

This shouldn't be needed since we've adopted dynamic CPU backends, a few months ago.

I don't have a Windows machine, but a quick test of the master-866-42d6c0a CPU binary on Wine shows it is working as expected on my 3400G (which definitely does not support AVX512):

$ wine ./sd-cli.exe -W 256 -H 256 -m /models/dreamshaperLCM.safetensors --cfg-scale 1 --steps 4 -p flower --sampling-method lcm
load_backend: loaded CPU backend from Z:\tmpdir\sd\ggml-cpu-haswell.dll

...

What error are you getting? Do you reach the load_backend line as above?

It won't load at all.

To ensure a clean test, I moved today's build to a different folder. master-869-07a85c7

sd-cli: built from source with great difficulty (without AVX-512)—it works.

What other checks can I run?
