Added configuration for Singer SNT26-09IV device with various entities including climate controls and switches.
Removed unnecessary blank line in YAML configuration.
Removed commented-out value for heat_cool in YAML.

Add support for Singer SNT26-09IVi/SNT26-09IVο.
Based on the Tuya data model and local captures.
Tested these few weeks by using it daily on my Home-Assistant instance.
Any changes/improvements since it's my first time creating such a config are mostly welcome!
