…9.30.2 mcpp 2026.9.30.2 (mcpp-community/mcpp#745, #747): a build exits after ninja, the status row counts the work of the build, planning walks each package tree once, a vendored xlings is replaced from the newest source, a module name is unique within one program, a BMI served from the global cache waits for the modules it imports that the build compiles, a selected workspace member declares as the root, and the clang MSVC row states its compiler version. The release changes no descriptor grammar; min_mcpp is unchanged.
