Arc 202 revert to all results except form

• removing the prepend_before_action :default_to_grouped_results, only: :index from catalog_controller.rb

• updating um_search_bar_component.rb to something like

class UmSearchBarComponent < Arclight::SearchBarComponent
    def initialize(**kwargs)
      super
      @params[:group] = "true"
    end
end

To Do:

There is one remaining wrinkle: in production if you are in a collection (Fielding H. Yost letter, 1943 - University of Michigan Bentley Historical Library - University of Michigan Finding Aids ) and then search in “this collection” for a term (“letter”) there is a submit handler that removes the group=true when searching in “this collection”: https://github.com/mlibrary/umich-arclight/blob/main/app/assets/javascripts/dul-arclight.js#L51

Seeing super weird CI failures. "The job failed before the test suite started because GitHub Actions could not pull the postgres service image"?? Hopefully this is a Github problem.
