管理面板后台项目，点击编辑无效 #2820

Describe the bug

后台点击项目详情的“编辑”，回到详情、网址失去 edit=1，无控制台错误。

根因：ProjectsRouteViewContent.goEdit 添加 edit=1，useProjectsList 使用 useUrlListState，其 write 仅序列化 page。useUrlListState 的 effect 随后重写整段 search，删掉 edit 参数。所有项目共享这一逻辑。

Core v14.8.0 源码与检查时 master（Admin 8.4.28）均存在该逻辑。
