Adds a Mic off choice to the voice mode picker, an answering-model label after the agent picker, and image input (paste, drop, attach, current-tab screenshot) with a numbered strip, ChatMessage.Images, and ImageInputBlockedReason. All IChatService additions are default members, so hosts compile unchanged. For Magic Suite MS-27848, MS-27849 and MS-27845. Build clean; 4363 tests pass.
