✨ What's the context?

EMX Digital is migrating its Prebid Server endpoints from the legacy
emxdgt.com domain to the new Cadent domain ssp.cadent.com. This PR
updates the emxdigital bidder configuration (bidder-config/emxdigital.yaml):

• Bid endpoint: https://hb.emxdgt.com → https://hb-pub.ssp.cadent.com
• User sync URL: https://cs.emxdgt.com/um → https://pcs.ssp.cadent.com/um

🧠 Rationale behind the change

Cadent is retiring the emxdgt.com domain, so bid and user-sync traffic
must move to ssp.cadent.com for the emxdigital bidder (and its aliases
cadent_aperture_mx / emx_digital, which inherit this endpoint) to keep
working. Only hostnames change — paths, query parameters, bidder params,
and request/response handling are untouched. No trade-offs; no Java code changed.

N/A — not a new bid adapter. Existing emxdigital adapter, configuration change only.

🧪 Test plan

• Configuration-only change (2 lines in emxdigital.yaml); no Java code modified.
• Verified no remaining references to the old domain in the repo.
• Existing tests cover this adapter: EmxDigitalBidderTest and EmxdigitalTest.
• CI is awaiting maintainer approval (fork PR) — will confirm green before merge.

Just for knowledge, this PR is the Java implementation of changes from prebid/prebid-server#4893
