Hola. Dejo listo el fix para el menú de hamburguesa en móviles en cl.css.
Cambié la cabecera a bloque flexible. Ahora el menú se expande y empuja el contenido del sitio hacia abajo en lugar de flotar encima y tapar los textos
Eliminé los márgenes y sombras del contenedor. Los enlaces ahora caen de forma lisa sobre el color plomo corporativo, mejorando el contraste y eliminando el salto visual.
Toda la solución se aplicó en el CSS, manteniendo la plantilla HTML original intacta.
Así se ve ahora:
